Art Hotel Vienna

Huge double room with a/c and bathroom plus tubs. Outstanding and freshly made meals. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location with a bus station near the building.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Vienna, had much fun and met very kind and immensely pleasant staff that was at the reception at the time of the check-out. The rooms were quiet for wc, felt like home. The hotel location was great and perfect in the heart of the city.

Not that clean room, I was a little disappointed.

Thanks a lot all for a perfect 10/10 stay during our visit. The food was amazing and the location was magnificent. There was an outdoor restaurant, a main shopping street and a shopping street next door.

Spacious room with separate kitchen and wardrobe, very very clean and comfortable, I would choose this hotel for my oncoming stays in Vienna.

The parking lot under the building is a bit narrow, not recommended for beginners.

I enjoyed the room very much. It was big with an entrance room separated from the bedroom. The bathroom is also very big and the shower is great. The bed was big and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and even at late in night it looked very safe. You can catch the metro by walking 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good. I think it is very good value for money.

Although the 10 minutes walk for the metro was ok for us, I imagine it can be too much for some. I think you can catch a bus though. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly always ready to help except a lady in the breakfast room. Be sure to arrive in time to the breakfast or you will find yourself in a very embarrassing situation where you are eating and this lady will be packing up the chairs and saying nasty words in german. It was a single case though.

great walking access to parks and museums nearby

I loved that this hotel had such easy access to fine parks and excellent museums, and it was just a short walk to both the fine Belvedere Museum and the beautiful St Charles's Church. I did encounter some minor issues with early communication on my room availability, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Very clean room. The breakfast was excellent. Courteous staff.

Had a single room but the bed was more like a bunk bed and was not very comfortable. I think a proper single bed would have been much better.

It was just an optimal selection for a swift stopover in Vienna with great value for the money. The breakfast was very average, but it was cheaper to pay for it at the hotel than online. For more comfort, ask for extra pillows because the ones in the room are flat.

Couch and carpet was really warn-out.

Very helpful staff, who spoke good english. Advice on nearest bus stop, and also sold the Vienna 24 hr. transport card - well worth buying, as we only had about 24 hrs. in the city. Decor was excellent, especially if you like art and design. Good value for money.

Absence of the free WiFi in the room

The rooms with a big bathroom. Great and unbeatable location, easy walk to Coffeemuseum Vienna, appreciated this place.

A very nice hotel, good brakefast and very comfortable and spacious rooms.

We wanted to park in the garage but at 7 P.M. it was full and we needed to find a place in narrow streets around hotel.
